Bio-frequency resonance is unique to each individual, like a phone number. No matter where you are in the world, you can be reached using this number (as long as there’s signal). Controlling your behavior and thought competition

What they want is to achieve your direct, behavioral control. By virtue of knowing your complete cognitive model, they can control you. Everything about you is stored in a database. At that point, they are able to predict you, influence you in advance and refer you to choices during the thought competition, like those friendly tracking cookies but with additional kick. When you formulate your thoughts and prepare to act, the supercomputer already knows your persona and psyche, has all your emotional states downloaded, every vector of your emotional state. Thus it can anticipate the influences on your life and achieve direct control of your behavior.

Remote Neural Network

The entire population will be (or already is) connected to remote neural networks that create their own emotions and simulations with real data.
